This long ribs are a cut of beef taken from the brisket, chuck, plate, or rib areas of  the cow. They consist of a long portion of the rib bone, which is overlain by meat which varies in thickness.

Long ribs are a bit tougher but have a lot more flavour than some other cuts. This long ribs are like a steak, but the price point is a lot cheaper. They’re easy to put together — when you cook the long ribs, it’s really hard to screw them up.
